Our Commitment

Kernelis Studio, LLC is an inclusive company, and we design for all: people who use a screen reader, navigate with a keyboard, magnify their screen, or need clear contrast to read comfortably. We hold our own website, in English and Spanish, to the same standard we build for our clients. Accessibility is part of our work from the first draft.

The Standard We Follow

We aim for our website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the internationally recognized standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

Conformance status: substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Tested with automated tools, keyboard navigation, the VoiceOver screen reader and 400% zoom on October 14, 2026.

What We Have Done

  • Built the full website in English and Spanish.
  • Tested it with Google Lighthouse, axe DevTools and WAVE by WebAIM.
  • Made every link, button and form field usable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Described every meaningful image, and hidden decorative graphics from screen readers.
  • Labeled every form field.
  • Checked text and background colors against WCAG contrast requirements.

What We Do Not Use

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets or plug-ins that claim to make a website accessible automatically. We fix issues in the website's own code.

Known Limitations

  • Third-party content: the DesignRush review badge links to an external website we do not control.
  • Motion: some sections animate as you scroll. Their content stays available to assistive technology.

Feedback and Alternative Access

If any part of our website is hard to use, or you need information in another format, tell us and we will provide it.

We aim to respond within two business days.

How We Keep This Current

We review this statement and retest our website every six months, and immediately after any significant change to the site.
